Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst, E-Communications
Surveillance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct surveillance and analysis of electronic communications,
including emails and digital transmissions
Analyze communication patterns to identify potential threats,
illegal activities, or policy violations
Prepare detailed reports based on findings and collaborate with
legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in e-communications surveillance or a closely
related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time
effectively and prioritize tasks
Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment and managing
multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong regulatory knowledge and experience with regulatory
requirements for crypto and electronic communications retention and
surveillance (preferred)
