Job Description:
We are seeking a data-driven and creative Marketing Manager to
help us expand the reach of our efforts to inspire, care for, and
nurture life, every day, by supporting our marketing communications
strategy, optimizing digital experiences, and enhancing customer
engagement across our web, app, and loyalty programs. Reporting to
the Director of Digital Commerce, the Marketing Manager has
expertise in content development, website A/B testing, and
analytics to drive conversion, retention, and overall brand growth.
The Marketing Manager understands Tatte's focus on the guest
experience, and works to translate guest needs into digital
business opportunities while protecting Tatte's soul.Summary of
ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities (eCommerce & Digital
Marketing)Marketing Communications & Content Development
- Own and maintain the Omnichannel marketing communications
calendar, ensuring alignment across digital platforms including
email, website, app, paid advertising, social media, etc.
- In partnership with the Brand/Creative/Concept team, develop
compelling and on-brand content for the website, app, and loyalty
programs to engage and retain guests.
- Execute promotional campaigns and messaging strategies that
drive guest engagement.Website Optimization & A/B Testing
- Own 6-12 month roadmap for Tatte's web & app presence.
- Plan and execute A/B tests to improve website & app
performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Analyze test results, extract insights, and recommend
data-driven optimizations.
- Work closely with partner vendors to define requirements and
see through the implementation of UI/UX improvements.Analytics &
Performance Tracking
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (conversion
funnel, traffic sources, order mix, etc.) to inform marketing
strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to
optimize guest acquisition and retention.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or
similar to track and report key KPIs.Secondary
ResponsibilitiesOffline Marketing
- Building brand presence in our caf--s and communities,
typically through in-person activations, partnerships, and
community engagement.
- Develop and execute market-specific campaigns to drive brand
awareness and foot traffic. Identify key local influencers,
organizations, or venues to partner with.
- Act as the face of the brand-engage directly with customers,
answer questions, and gather feedback. Share customer insights with
internal teams to inform broader marketing strategies.Other Duties

- Ability to travel 15% +/-

- Able to sit and readPosition Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy,
or website optimization roles. Strong preference for candidates
within a combination of digital + field marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a
related field.
- Experience developing roadmaps and informing marketing
strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with
both demonstrated ability to effectively influence cross-functional
stakeholders and with a keen eye for brand voice and guest
engagement.
- Strong project management skills and highly organized with the
ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Ability to independently scope ambiguous problems, devise
solution options, and execute on solutions.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an
ambiguous and fast-paced environment with a dynamic bias for
action.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, web traffic
sources, and digital analytics.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing
strategies.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar
tools.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and
app-based marketing and willing to learn softwares including email
