more secure world. Job Description:We have an exciting opportunity
for an experienced Module Development Test Engineer II to join our
Module Development Section with the Advanced Microelectronics
Solutions (AMS) Department. The successful candidate will be
responsible for testing modules containing GaAs- and GaN-based
monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) products. This would
be in active support of existing technologies in production as well
as next generation products in development. This position requires
a strong academic background and experience in RF/Microwave
Integration & Test.Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Conduct testing on multi-channel RF Modules characterizing both
receive and transmit behavior
- Maintain and troubleshoot rackmount test stations and LabVIEW
test scripts
- Consult with RF module design and assembly teamsQualifications
You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in a Science, Technology,
Engineering & Math (STEM) Field and a minimum of Two (2) or more
years of relevant experience (An advanced STEM degree could count
for 3 years of experience)
- Hands-on experience with RF Testing, LabVIEW Scripting, Data
Analysis
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for
a security clearanceQualifications We Prefer:
- A Master's degree or PhD. in a Science, Technology, Engineering
& Math (STEM) Field
- Experience with microwave testing techniques, including using
spectrum analyzers, Real-time Spectrum Analyzers (RSAs), Vector
Network Analyzers (VNAs) and Performance Network Analyzer
(PNAs)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in a production environment
- Strong academic background that includes courses in: Microwave
Engineering, Microwave Systems, Electromagnetic Theory and Radar
Systems
- Experience with analytical tools such as Matlab, Python, or JMP
- Current DoD Secret level security clearance
- Experience with GaAs and / or GaN MMIC devices What We Offer:

range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range
provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience
levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer,
