The successful Client Service Senior Specialist will serve as a vital member of the Client Services team, serving clients and advisors directly. As a Financial Services Professional, you will help to educate and solve problems for individual investors. Provide outstanding client service while demonstrating empathy, professionalism and strong problem-solving skillsProvide support to the Relationship Managers (RMs) and Client Service Mangers (CSMs) on a wide variety of tasks including account opening, funding, and account maintenanceMentor, train, and delegate tasks as needed to Client Service Specialists(CSSs), fostering team growth and efficiencyHandle client inquiries at the point of contact and transfer incoming calls as neededCollaborate various department initiatives and participate in client service working groups to improve workflows and processesManage and update contact databases with accurate information for both prospective and existing clientsAssist in the quarter-end reporting, and preparation of client meeting materialsEnsure the client interactions and service activities are performed in adherence with regulatory and internal compliance standardsWhat you haveThe candidate must have very strong communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, a positive attitude, self-initiator, professionalism, incredible follow-through, a great work ethic and the ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize with ease.
